The Global 3 piece Knife Set includes some of the more practical knives in the kitchen: a Global 8" Chef's knife, a 5 1/2" cook's knife and a 4" paring knife.

The first Global knives were designed in 1985 by Komin Yamada who was tasked to create a new modern knife with the best performance possible. With carte blanche he was to design a series of kitchen knives which would appeal to the professional and amateur chef alike, be comfortable and easy to handle, and meet their most demanding requirements.
