Mac Knifes Professional series of knives is for the enthusiast who likes traditional knife shapes and weighted bolsters for balance and extra heft. The Professional series of Mac Knives has high carbon Chrome Molybdenum and Vanadium blades, slightly softer than the superior series which also has tungsten in the alloy. Laminated wood handle.
